Crepe’n it real this Sunday morning…😜 These may take a little patience when making, but the final product is always worth it! 😋 I use a super basic recipe – 2 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c water, 2 Tbsp melted butter, 1 c of flour – I whisk them all up well and set aside while I dice up fruit, and make my whipped cream (toss a container of heavy whipping cream into my stand mixer on high and wait until some stiff peaks start to form, add anywhere from 2-4 Tbsp of powdered sugar, depending on what kind of sweet tooth I’m having that day, and mix a little more). I pour my batter into a large measuring cup for easy pouring. Heat up my non-stick skillet with some butter (I add a little more butter for each crepe to prevent each one from sticking), and add a small amount of batter – just enough to coat the bottom of the pan evenly when swirled around – and wait a couple of min until starting to get golden. I use my fish spatula to flip them 🤷🏼‍♀️I like the way it works. Another min or two and they’re good to go. Then, stuff them with whatever you like! My favorite way is Nutella with strawberries, bananas and blueberries.
