With two crazy kiddos running around I always love a quick and easy dinner. Put my sauce together, tossed in the shrimp and let it sit in the fridge while I cleaned and cooked my asparagus. Placed my seeds of change in the microwave while I cooked my shrimp, and then dinner was done. 🙌🏼
1 lb shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
1/3 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1-2 Tbsp EVOO
1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Coat the shrimp in the sauce and place in the refrigerator to marinate for about 15-20 min.
2. Heat EVOO in a sauté pan. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink (only a couple of minutes per side).
3. served here with rice with veggies.
